ARCO Marketing & Sales Member Workshop - March 2025

This event is open exclusively to ARCO Members, Accelerators and Strategic Partners.

This event is the chance for marketing and sales colleagues from across the membership to come together, connect and discuss shared challenges and opportunities. As well as topical discussions and guest presentations, attendees will have the chance to tour and experience Mayfield village.

Topics of the event will likely include:

• Hear directly from a panel of Mayfield Watford owners on why they decided to move to an IRC, what key factors they were looking for when considering the move, and what impact living in an IRC has had on their lives.
• Project Oracle: learn about ARCO’s work in exploring a new contract-based tenure model for the UK – what opportunities could it bring to create certainty, flexibility and affordability for both customers and operators, and find out what older people think of the idea from our recent research.
• The Digital Markets, Competition & Consumers Act 2024 – what do operators need to know about the consumer provisions being brought into force from April 2025, and how this could affect marketing, advertising and property listing practices?
