Sally Ireland, ARCO's Director of Legal and Compliance will be joined on this bi-monthly Operations Forum by Laura Selby, Care Branch Manager at Audley Care, Amanda Wright-Kluger and Julie Charlton, Partners at Bevan Brittan, ARCO Partner, to consider the possible regulatory and litigation impact following the death of a resident in an IRC, including complaints, claims, inquests and investigations. We will discuss best practice and procedures to follow after a resident has passed away.
