The new ARCO Consumer Code – approved by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute at Stage 1 of the Consumer Codes Approval Scheme - comes into effect on 1 May 2024.
To support Members in reaching compliance with the new Code, we are hosting a webinar for Code Compliance Officers (CCOs) and any other interested Members of ARCO Approved Operator, Prospective and Provisional Member teams on Wednesday 1 May at 13.30-15.00.
Sally Ireland, Director of Legal and Compliance, will explain the updates to the Code and what they mean for ARCO Members. John Hesford, Compliance Engagement Manager, and Lead Assessor Dr Alan Woods will also be on hand to answer your questions regarding the Code and the assessment process.
