Member workshop on key trends, opportunities and growth in the Integrated Retirement Community sector

This event is open exclusively to ARCO Members, Accelerators and Strategic Partners to attend.

 

The Wellbeing in IRCs workshop will take place at  ExtraCare Charitable Trust Solihull Village; it is primarily aimed at care and wellbeing colleagues, and it will provide insights into some of the current topics surrounding wellbeing in IRCs.

Attendees will have the chance to tour Solihull Village as part of the day, as well as enjoy presentations and discussion with Member peers, the ARCO team, and guest speakers.

Topics covered as part of the event will likely be:

  • Health and fitness – how can services and facilities in IRCs make the difference in healthy ageing?
  • What are the key components of delivering resident and owner wellbeing in IRCs?
  • Unobtrusive monitoring – the rewards and the risks?
