Member workshop on key trends, opportunities and growth in the Integrated Retirement Community sector
This is Member Workshop is open exclusively to ARCO Members, Accelerators, and Strategic Partners.
The Design, Development & Technology workshop will take place at Inspired Villages' Millfield Green, the UK's first net carbon zero regulated integrated retirement village, and it will provide insights into some of the current topics surrounding design, technology and development within the Integrated Retirement Community sector.
Attendees will have the chance to tour Millford Green IRC as part of the day as well as enjoy presentations and discussions with Member peers, the ARCO team, and our guest speakers (to be announced soon).
Topics covered as part of the event will likely be:
- The cost of delivering ESG – how is it possible to meet targets and control costs?
- Right-sizing – what is the key to communal spaces in IRCs – what is the ideal offer for what residents need and want?
- Contractor insolvency - spotting the signs and mitigating the risks
