With housing, ageing and care high on the national agenda, retirement communities are more important than ever. This will be a formative year for the sector, with significant decisions due to be made which will shape the sector for years to come. Once again, the conference will analyse current developments, and consider how providers can harness opportunities, overcome challenges, and adapt to meet the needs of the next generation of older people.
Topics to be discussed at the 2017 conference include:
Spread over two days, the second day of the conference on 11 May involves a Knowledge Exchange Day giving delegates the chance to gain in-depth insight and engage in rigorous discussion through a range of workshops and tours.
Please note that the knowledge exchange workshops and study tours on 11 May 2017 will take place at Trowers and Hamlins, 3 Bunhill Row, EC1Y8YZ. Please see Location for more information.
ARCO allows me to hear and see first-hand what colleagues in the sector are doing, and to stay on top of new developments and concepts.
ARCO’s events are valuable for knowledge and focus on the challenges and opportunities our sector is facing – recognising the unique market rather than treating it simply as an extension of retirement housing or residential care.
Finally there is an inclusive forum for all to learn, develop and promote the industry. Really enjoyable … well worth it.
